Markus Meedt

Markus has worked in the film and commercial industry for over a decade. In this time he directed multiple award winning short films, produced 2 independent feature films and
co-created multiple award winning web series. As a commercial director he has brought over 40 TV and Online campaigns to life for brands ranging from Coca Cola to Unilever.
 
In 2015 his St John Ambulance and Ford Blown Ups comedy campaigns were in the in the running for several awards and both received 4 shiny Stars in Campaign Magazine. 

‘All Of Them’ a web series about the lonely dating live in London which he co-created with content production company G59TV, most recently won Lake View International Film Festival and is part of the official selection at the International Online Web Fest. 

He has twice been Semi Finalist for the Nicholl’s Fellowship Awards, and his latest horror script collaboration with Gemma Hurley, The Rules That Keep Us Safe was Semi-Finalist at the ScreenCraft Horror Competition 2018.  

He also is more of a cat person; which has caused many heated arguments on set.
