Choosing to do a one take video on 16mm proved to be a challenging but fun experience for the duo. Bringing the song’s narrative of a man estranged from his home, returning only to find that it’s not as glorious as he remembers was important to the band too, and abstracting it into this primal man – living apart from the entire world – gave it a surreal strangeness that sticks with you.
